1. Provisional Allotment Order - ( 03 Copy )
2. Verification Slip - ( 02 Copy )
3. Biometric Form - ( 02 Copy ) 
4. Biometric Form - ( 02 Copy )
5. Part A & Part B
6. Rank card of DCECE Original 
7. Choice Slip
8. Certificate / Provisional & Marksheet of 10^{th / Equivalent - Original}
9. Certificate / Provisional & Marksheet of 12^{th / Equivalent - Original (If Applicable)}
10. Caste Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned C.O/Revenue officer of Permanent residence.
11. Domicile Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned C.O/Revenue officer of Permanent residence.
    
12. EWS Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned DM/SDM/CO/Revenue officer of Permanent resident in prescribed profarma.
    
13. Income Certificate - Original (If Aplicable) - Issued by the Concerned C.O/Revenue officer of Permanent residence.
14. DQ/SMQ Certificate (If Applicable)
15. Character Certificate - Original - Head Institution last attended.
16. SLC/CLC/Institute leaving Certificate - Original - Head of Institution last.
17. Medical Certificate - (Issued By District Hospital with signed Chief Medical officer)
18. Aadhar Card
19. Photograph same as on Admit card - ( 06 Copy )
20. Declaration For gap Certificate - ( 01 Copy with self attested photo copy)
21. एंटी-रैगिंग (Anti-Ragging) प्रमाण-पत्र ( After Admission )
